STEP 01Initial inquiry
Tell us where you use Japanese (SNS, product pages, emails, etc.), and roughly how many texts you have. A rough idea is totally fine at this stage.

We send you a proposal: a small paid test package (e.g., 10 texts) plus a draft schedule. Once you confirm, we start with the test batch first.

STEP 03Polishing & feedback
We polish your texts and deliver them. If you have preferences about tone or style, we adjust our guidelines for future work based on your feedback.

STEP 04Ongoing collaboration
After the test, we can move to larger or recurring batches. We keep the process simple and lightweight, so your team can focus on content strategy, not micro-fixing Japanese.

Yes. You can start with a very small number of texts to check our quality. Many clients begin with a small test batch first.
Plain text, spreadsheets, screenshots, or export files from your CMS are all fine. We will discuss what’s easiest based on your current workflow.
Our main focus is polishing Japanese that already exists. If you have English > Japanese translation needs, we may discuss this separately, depending on volume and domain.
For small batches of short texts, same-day or next-day turnaround is often possible. For larger volumes, we will propose a realistic schedule.
